How does your pricing work?

We offer a flat hourly rate of $40 per hour. Your estimated cleaning time is automatically calculated based on your home’s size and cleaning type. Optional add-ons like laundry or dishes are available for an additional $30 each.

Do I need to book through the website?

Yes — all bookings start with our online form. Simply fill out your details, and we’ll follow up to schedule your cleaning.

Can I choose my cleaning date and time?

After you submit your form, we’ll contact you to confirm your cleaning date and time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer 10% discounts for recurring monthly customers, EMS/first responders, and service members. Discount details are available during the booking process.

Do I need to empty my home before cleaning?

Move-In/Move-Out cleanings are designed for empty homes. Other services can be booked whether your home is occupied or not.

What if my cleaning takes longer than the estimate?

If the cleaning exceeds your estimated time, we’ll communicate with you right away to discuss options.

How do I pay?

We accept card payments. If you are present during your cleaning, we can process your card payment right after the service. If you are not present at checkout, an invoice will be sent at the start of the cleaning, and payment is expected by the end of the service.

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

We stand by our work. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

What's not included?

Moving heavy items, outdoor work, carpet cleaning, mold or infestation removal, deep stain removal, cleaning of pet messes, scrubbing of stained walls, cleaning of blinds, cleaning of areas outside normal reach. Laundry and dishes are only included at an additional cost.

Tipping? Is it Ok and how do I do it?

At our cleaning service, we believe in fair compensation for our hardworking employees. Tips are always appreciated, but not required. If you choose leave a tip, 100% of it goes directly to the cleaner who serviced your home.We can accept tips via cash, card, or Venmo, even on free giveaway cleanings. Thank you for supporting our team!

Do I need to be home?

No, you don't need to be at home, but we recommend being present for your cleaner's first to provide a tour and discuss your preferences. If you won't be home, please indicate this on your booking form to inform your cleaner. Keep in mind that if you're not present during checkout, an invoice will be sent to you at the start of the service, and it should be paid by the end. Once you're comfortable with your cleaning professional, you can choose how to let them in. Common methods our clients use are: leaving a hidden key or leaving the door unlocked.
